As a new business starting up in uncertain times, our business structure has been formulated around the COVID 19 crisis. From the ground up we have created procedures with the safety of both ourselves & our customers in mind. We have full supplies of PPE equipment for all our engineer visits.
We are currently providing a limited on-site service for networking/infrastructure and specific support where we are required to be at the site. We are providing a pickup service where on-site is not available. This is a free service. Our engineer will enter the property in PPE, disconnect your device & take it away to our workshop for repair. The engineer will then drop off the equipment & reconnect in your home.
We also now offer a new postal support service. We will arrange collection for your device by royal mail and send it back to you repaired!
For those who are shielding we recommend our specially designed pick up service for the shielding community. Our engineer will call you when they arrive. You can then leave your device outside the front door at a safe distance for our engineer to collect. Your device will be taken back to our workshop for repair & then returned to you when the work has been completed, Your device will be safely disinfected & cleaned on pickup & return. We aim to work with our customers to provide a service that is acceptable to you. We are happy to discuss any special entry, PPE & distancing requirements before proceeding with any work. We are easy to talk to so please do not hesitate to give us a call.
