Remote Support
Our remote support service allows our technicians to resolve basic issues without an engineer attending. We use software that installs onto your PC, using your active internet connection we can then see & control your PC. It is imperative you close any sensitive information when using this service.
If we are unable to resolve remotely, we might need to escalate to an engineer visit. We will let you know of any additional charges before arranging a visit.
Off-Site Workshop Repair (COVID-19)
Our off-site workshop repair is for devices repaired at our workshop.
We quote for work on a per job basis, we like to hear your individual requirements before giving you a bill. This prevents us from over-charging you for work plus making sure the job is done properly.

Pickup Service (COVID-19)
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak we are currently offering a free of charge device pickup service to temporarily replace our on-site services.
Diagnostic Fee
Our standard diagnostic fee is charged when we open an investigation into an issue. This fee is removed when further work has been agreed after the initial investigation into a problem.
Computer Repair Services
For computer repairs we charge a £35 diagnostic fee. This secures your free pickup and is removed from your final invoice if you go ahead with the work.
Once your device is in our care we diagnose your PC for the root cause of the issue. Our engineers will then price up any replacement parts and send you a quote for the repair + parts.
You then have the option to either confirm and go ahead with the repair work or have the laptop returned to you. We endeavour to find the best deals for you.
On-Site Support - Limited Service
Our on-site repairs have been suspended for the safety of our team & customers.
We are still offering on-site visits to customers that would like help setting up their equipment or if the work requires us to be at the site. We want to make sure you get the best experience from your tech; we will not leave until you are comfortable using your device.
