The application uses your active internet connection to give our support centre control of  your device. It is important you close any sensitive data before we connect to your device. 

As part of our Tech Rescue computer support service if our remote engineer is unable to repair the fault it will be escalated to a on-site visit. You will be notified of any additional charges throughout to avoid any nasty surprises!

Our tech rescue on site support service is for issues that require a field engineer or for customers that prefer more personal face to face service. This service will be required if you have no internet connection or a hardware fault.

We are currently offering our pickup service free of charge. All desktop, laptop, printer & server repairs are covered by our pickup service. For networking problems & setup please call us as in most cases this can be done remotely.
